I am 59 years old, imprisoned the past 41 years. I am a converted Muslim of the Islamic faith and have educated prisoners about Islamic/African history as well as resisted brutality and repression in California prisons. I am an inspiring poet/writer and striving for a parole hearing in 2022 insha'Allah.
